ABOUT US
Caruso’s began in 1979 on Sixth Street in Downtown Cincinnati, founded by Rakan Shteiwi with a passion for fresh, authentic Italian food and gracious service—delivered by tuxedoed waiters in bowties and burgundy jackets. Today in Fairfield, his son Braheam carries that legacy forward. While the formalwear is long gone, the commitment to scratch-made recipes, warm hospitality, and old-school charm remains.
Buoyed by the freshest ingredients and house-made offerings, of our dishes trace back to the original Caruso’s and The Spinning Fork, blending classic and modern Italian-American flavors with a deep sense of family, nostalgia, and sincerity. Caruso’s isn’t just about food—it’s about keeping tradition alive, sharing it with new generations, and making every guest feel like part of the story.
